This website is all about Congress for the kids learning. There are multiple sections you can choose from depending on how you would want to go about teaching your class about Civics. For instance, there are eight subsections you can pick to explore more in depth: Quizzes, Independence, Constitution, Legislative Branch, Judicial Branch, Executive Branch, Elections, and Citizenship. In each section it gives you an information about that specific subsection and from there they broke down that subsection into multiple other sections.

This website children can explore with Mr Rogers through his neighborhood. This interactive site lets children explore multiple options. For example, on the bottom of the website there are options you can choose from if you want to find a game, video, coloring pages, or song quicker than if you want search through Roger's neighborhood. One of the videos shows children how people make different objects.

Geography Web Resources

This Peace Corp site teachers students about other counties cultures and about world geography. Through this interactive journey students can send out postcards, read folktale readings, pick different coloring pages that reinforce geography, and also test their knowledge about geography with a variety of games.

In each section a timeline, quizzes, glossary, images, and additional resources are provided for you to get the whole background knowledge on a particular time in our American History.
